รวมปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการ Activate และวิธีแก้ไขปัญหา

Activation error: Server name cannot be resolved.

           ให้เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต แล้ว Activate อีกครั้ง (ในการ Activate โปรแกรม Kaspersky ต้องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตไว้ด้วย)

The entered activation code is incorrect.

          หากแสดงข้อความ Your enter activate code is incorrect. แสดงว่ากรอกรหัส Activate code ผิด ให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง แล้วกรอกใหม่อีกครั้ง

Activation code is not compatible with this application. 

          รหัส Activation code ของคุณ ไม่สามารถใช้กับโปรแกรม Kaspersky รุ่นนี้ได้ ในกรณีนี้ จะต้อง Uninstall โปรแกรม Kaspersky แล้วติดตั้งโปรแกรมรุ่นที่ถูกต้อง

โปรแกรม Kaspersky สำหรับ Home User มี 2 รุ่น คือ

1. Kaspersky Anti-virus

2. Kaspersky Internet Security

Local time on your computer differs from the time on the activation server.

          หากแสดงข้อความ Local time on your computer differs from the time on the activation server. แสดงว่า วันที่และเวลาในวินโดวส์ ไม่ตรงกับวันที่ปัจจุบัน ให้แก้ไขวันที่และเวลาในวินโดวส์ให้ถูกต้อง เมื่อแก้ไขแล้ว ให้คลิกปุ่ม OK

License validity period has expired.

          หากแสดงข้อความนี้ แสดงว่า Activate code ของคุณหมดอายุแล้ว ต้องซื้อแพ็คเกจใหม่ หรือแพ็คเกจต่ออายุ เพื่อลงทะเบียนรับ Activate code ตัวใหม่
